Just a few thoughts as to why your pie may be too liquidly... 1) the pineapple needs to be drained really, really well, 2) be sure the heavy cream is whipped until it is stiff before adding it to the other ingredients, 3) be sure not to use more than 4 tablespoons of sugar, and finally, 4) be sure to allow the pie to set for at least 3 hours or overnight.
